Hi, I am Amy Shick! I’m a Mortgage Advisor with 18 years of experience in the real estate industry. I have been a military spouse for 30 years and mother to three children ages 22, 20, and 16. I love the Army life and have embraced many volunteer roles, PCSs and deployments. I have invested in single family rentals at various duty stations and self-manage the properties from afar. I specialize in VA loans while also offering FHA, Conventional, and Jumbo loans. My husband and I have personally used the VA loan program to purchase several homes over the years. I hold a bachelor’s degree in law studies from Saint Mary’s College of California. I chose to work for NOVA Home Loans for the integrity and mission of prioritizing value and service. Able to do a quick close! Great communication. The only improvement that would be great is that every time we did a zoom to go over the loan estimate with the client, the numbers weren't correct. The client is very analytical so she pointed it out herself each time. So there was always a going back and sending her the correct one each time that was a little clunky, but overall great job. Amy Schick did great!
